Clay Cafe in the City – Midweek Magic
In the heart of Cape Town, our City branch is buzzing with weekday treats. From Tuesday to Friday, students get 15% off – perfect for a study break or a creative reset between lectures.
Wednesdays are reserved for Date Night. For R300 per person, you’ll get a welcome treat, a main meal (pasta or pizza), dessert, your studio fee covered, and a bottle of wine to share. We’ve got non-alcoholic options too, so everyone’s welcome. Whether it’s your first date or a fun catch-up with a partner, it’s a midweek must.
Then there’s Thirsty Thursday – from 4pm to 7pm, enjoy R60 tapas and two-for-one cocktails. It’s ideal for after-work catch-ups, birthdays, or group activities in Cape Town that don’t require too much planning – just good food, drinks, and a little creativity.
And don’t miss First Thursdays. On the first Thursday of every month, we feature live performances by talented local artists. It’s the perfect opportunity to soak up Cape Town’s creative energy while enjoying some painting, music, and a great atmosphere.

Clay Cafe Hout Bay – Tranquil Tuesdays by the Coast
At our scenic Hout Bay branch, we also offer the Silver Savings Club every Tuesday from 09:00 to 11:30. It includes half-price breakfast and no studio fee, just like in Paarl. It’s a lovely way to enjoy family-friendly activities in a quiet, laid-back setting. (Again, not valid on public holidays or during school holidays.)
Clay Cafe in Paarl – Sip, Paint, Relax
In the beautiful Winelands, our Paarl branch is hosting a special upcoming event on Thursday 29 May. From 17:30, join us for a complimentary wine tasting with Groot Parys Wine. It’s the perfect way to ease into the evening – local wine, good company, and something creative to take home.
Every Tuesday morning, from 09:00 to 11:30, we welcome our senior community with our Silver Savings Club. Pensioners enjoy half-price breakfast and no studio fee – it’s a peaceful and affordable way to start the day. Please note this special isn’t available on public holidays or during school holidays.
