Located just a short drive from key areas such as Sandton, Midrand and Fourways, this beautiful setting offers a day filled with creativity and relaxation.

Outdoor adventures are plentiful around Lanseria, with Croc City, the Rhino and Lion Nature Reserve, and the Lion Park all within easy reach. The De Wildt Cheetah and Wildlife Centre, located in the foothills of the Magaliesberg.

A Brief History of the Business

Clay Café is a family-run business founded in 1999, with its roots in Chasms Ceramics, a provider of hand-painted African-style ceramics to curio shops. Our journey began at an unexpected location—an old hilltop dairy farm that became the original home of Clay Café.

Our passion for bringing families and communities together through art and good food has driven our expansion. Over the past three years, we have launched eight stores nationwide, sharing our unique brand of joy with countless customers across South Africa. Our innovative approach and commitment to customer satisfaction make Clay Café a cherished destination for all ages.

As we grow, our focus continues to be on providing exceptional, memorable experiences for our clients. At Clay Café, we aim for excellence in everything we do, from ceramic painting to our thoughtfully curated culinary offerings.

Extra Fun Awaits

At Maggie’s Farm, we offer a variety of activities for all ages:

• Bike Pump Track: Kids aged 4-10 can enjoy the pump track with small bikes and helmets available, or bring their own.
• Giant Sand Pit: Build sandcastles in the large shaded sand pit with your own tools.
• Trampolines: We offer three trampolines for different age groups, welcoming children aged 4 and older.
• Large Garden: Enjoy outdoor play with your own balls, or rent jumping castles for parties and events.
• Booked Parties: Parents can hire and set up jumping castles and water slides for parties, ensuring a memorable and entertaining time.

Ceramic prices range from 200 to 800, including paint and glazes. Painting sessions typically last 2 hours, or 2.5-3 hours if you plan to have a meal during the session.

Clay Café Maggie’s Farm is open from Wednesday to Sunday. This gives you plenty of opportunities to experience all the fun & excitement. Enjoy the outdoors, and feel free to bring your furry friends!
