Franchise Requirements
To become a franchisee with our company, you must meet the following requirements:
1. Franchisee Fee of R85 000 once off for the use of our brand whilst a franchise
2: Experience: Hospitality experience (ceramic knowledge is a plus) An overall good sense of business and hard working ethos is required
3: Financial requirements: You must have access to Two Million Rand of which a third must be unencumbered
4: Location: The location of your property must be in high trafficked area and must have the approval of the Franchisor. The location must work within our specifications: fitting the brand profile, size and overall look and feel
5: Training: You will be required to attend training programmes at our Cape Town store/s and factory. This will serve as an introduction to our operation procedures, systems, services, and products.
As a franchisee you will receive ongoing support as well as an operations manual that will include all you will need to run a successful franchise. Including, but not limited to:
- training of systems
- menu guidance
- ceramic training
- operations support
- marketing support
- group purchasing power
